Standard Licence — Limited / student use.
This licence grants the licensee the right to synchronize the licensed musical composition with their personal, non-commercial audio-visual production (e.g. student film, thesis project, portfolio reel) in perpetuity, worldwide. Licensee may not exhibit the production for monetary gain, broadcast it on television or streaming services, or use it in any advertising. The licensee is responsible for preparing and submitting any required cue sheets to the respective performing rights organizations (PRO). The licensor retains all other rights, including ownership of the master recording and publishing.
Cross-Platform

Cross-Platform Licence — Single national-market commercial use.
This licence grants the licensee the right to synchronize the licensed musical composition with one (1) commercial audio-visual production for distribution within a single national territory (e.g. Canada, United States) in all media including broadcast, streaming, theatrical and online in perpetuity. Licensee may not extend distribution beyond the named territory. The licensee is responsible for preparing and submitting any required cue sheets to the respective performing rights organizations (PRO). The licensor retains all other rights, including ownership of the master recording and publishing.

Covers worldwide distribution.
Unlimited Licence — Worldwide commercial use.
This licence grants the licensee the right to synchronize the licensed musical composition with one (1) commercial audio-visual production for distribution worldwide in all media including broadcast, streaming, theatrical and online in perpetuity. The licensee is responsible for preparing and submitting any required cue sheets to the respective performing rights organizations (PRO). The licensor retains all other rights, including ownership of the master recording and publishing.
Exclusivity
Applies to every licence tier.
All licences purchased through this site grant non-exclusive rights.

Cue Sheets
Applies to every licence tier.
For any use that is broadcast, streamed, publicly exhibited, commercially released, or otherwise reportable to a performing rights organization, the Licensee must submit an accurate cue sheet to the relevant PRO or other applicable rights-reporting body. All information pertaining to the licensed song is available on the brouhaha sound website: https://brouhahasound.com
The cue sheet must include the track title, composer / writer information, publisher information, duration of use, type of use, and any other information reasonably required for royalty reporting.
Restrictions
Applies to every licence tier.
Unless agreed in writing, the Licensee may not:
- Sell, assign, or sublicense the music as a standalone music track.
- Claim ownership of the music.
- Use the music in a way that suggests the Licensor endorses a product, service, political cause, or organization, unless specifically approved.
- Use the music outside the project, media, territory, or term listed above.
Warranty
Applies to every licence tier.
The Licensor warrants that the publishing company / rights owner identified in this agreement owns or controls the master recording rights and publishing rights necessary to grant this licence.
